I have to say I really like it. The story, the pacing, the interaction between the charactes, it's all spot-on.
On the technical side, I particularly like the amount of detail you put into each pannel description, many writers can't tell how far to go, too little or too much.
The balance you've found seems just right, descriptive enough to give the artist an idea of what you're going for but not so descriptive that it cuts the artists room to spread creativity.
Both Jacob and Robert come off as very natural in their dialogues, actions and interactions.
All in all, I see oodles of potential here, this is a project that could go very far.
